Loft 5.5 Million poly

Raising up K3 release number we raise also pressure for K3 Core :evil:
Quite heavy Loft scene from Waldemar http://www.foto-meble.pl for testing - thanks!

I added to the scene LEM in windows and of course K3 Physky2 light system.
I did not change surfaces - only these Nodes which we do not support in K3 - I cleaned up.
In some frames small bugs - this will be fixed in next and last OB7.
K3 OB6 has more optimized and cleaned code. Some features do not work yet: for example refraction blur. Still we have problem with reflection blur (noise) and polygons connection (white corners bug). These in next release.

RAW render like always (CPU 4600 pts). PPM+QMC, pure 10 bounce lights. No fake GI and tricks. MEDIUM quality.

Please notice we do not have yet real time tone mapping and shaders. Also before us new technology with bi-directional Path Tracing system with VCM. These after OB7.
Render time still not correct: when we finish reflection blur bug and VCM + shaders it should be (I suspect) around twice faster then now. This is my guess but let`s see how it will go :idea:

The times give food for thought.
Do not attainable for other engines.

Janusz did use for AA G4 or G5 mybe G6 also G3 u will get nice znd sooth edge and render will be faster more and more good job! :D

As you said we still dont have shaders ex... i think corona cant acheive this speed also other engine. Im really suprised how k3 work cause when i hit render the full scn gi apear in one second after that its very fast to finish and aa start working as pass amazing .

Janusz, what's your settings for K3 in this scene - the same like in K2 (from original scene)?

Yes is the same like in K2 renders: LEM+Physky , except:
- PPM system - I shoot 100.000 photons in 9 passes (FSAA G3)
- Physky2 - this really rock light quality
- K3LEM system - similar light quality of Area Lights - you can notice beautiful shadows from windows
- K3 Photon Engine - more accurate, much better light transport
- K3AA engine - faster and more efficient
- K3 blur reflection - new sampling with better speed
- QMC sampling - faster Brute Force sampling based on new Photon Map engine with new Path Tracing Corner system
- K3 Spot Lights based on new K3 Physical Light transformation (Area Light to Spot)
- Tone Mapping (still old Reinhard) but based on new Global Illumination from K3

...still we update Core with new functions and we want close it after OB7.
