Node based material with strange spots

Sometimes I get strange bright spots on a node based material??
Haven't seen this before, any ideas?

If I render again the spot are either not there or at another location .... ?

May be you need bake textures and render it as image maps, not procedurals?

I believe this is Edge Node.
All Nodes which you use are Pre-process with 100% K2/K3 support but I am not sure with Node Edge.
btw
Instead using of Color Tool Node better is to use Simple Colour Corrector: it`s gives more options for texture tweaking include invert option and what I like the most, gamma control.
In my opinion This is the best pre-process Node. I use it everywhere:
