Thanx for your scene.
First of all i removed all "Air" polygons since they are not needed.
Glas in Kray should only be ONE surface. Kray will do the correct reflections/refractions itself. Il be back after some more investigation of scene and lightsetup with my own suggestion.

glass_modo
this it is not my scene
I show the only example of good glass
rendertime 53sek in MODO and I would like in LW to get something like this

so I know already this
Kray it need not surface air

there now what to make more this would look better near enough the little of rendertime

Here is my example. i had to rebuild the scene somewhat and downscaled the environment. Large floorplanes is no god together with photonmapping since many photons will be spread across it and wasted. I have tried to optimize the scene for speed and to get similar caustics like in that Modo scene. If you can provide me with the Modoscene i would be happy.

Silverlw, what is the best way to simulate glass thickness absorbtion in Kray? surface thickness gradient?

Sorry.. i dunno. Maybe colouring/gradients... something.
Proper thickness and sss is on the todo list.

Here is two test with the demo version of kray 1.612, in the first test I used 200 rays and 1 level of full screen AA and in the second test I used 800 rays and 3 level of AA.
