Very nice renders, Johny_quick, may i know what is the falloff distance that you use for all the area lights?

Sorry if i interupt and answers before Johny.
There is no difference, whatsoever, betwen "light intensity" or "Range/nominal distance" when inverse square falloff is enabled. Those two values do exactly the same thing when inverse square falloff is enabled. They increase light intensity.

i see, i did found out that either way yields the same result - light intensity. but just to reconfirm as i read somewhere either in this forum or newtek's kray thread that johnny_quick once said he prefer a very small falloff and extreme intensity, just curious what's the reason for that, maybe personal preference. Silverlw, thanks for the reply.

eh Johny_quick, very nice renders !!!
I don't like to give my advise when I can't do a fraction of your work, but I think that the wood of the shelf should be less reflective or more blured, especially when we can see light reflections ( armchair pic ).
Are these pictures direct renders or you apply post effects ?

I make postproces on PS.
but.... in new beta Kray I don`t use PS
(new functons include: Exponential, Bbright/Dark Multiplier, Destaurate)
I use now Catmull pixel filter (sharp render).
I recive on Kray render final render....
