Hy,
I'm hearing all the time that
light-map is faster and better than
photon-map, but I can't find any information
(publications, tech. reports, etc.)
about the main idea of this technique.
Photon-map is very popular and I have
a lot of documents about it. I'm not
a programmer but they helped me to
understand the concept of photons
so I can use them well than before.
So I am asking: could anyone send me link
to tech. docs about light-mapping?

I think this best describes the basics behind Light maps (light cache).
