Great render :)

But noticed some splotches in the top right corner. Any advice on how to solve it as I experienced this on my renders.

So far my only solution was FG Tab's Min Distance set to 100%. Any other experts advice please?

There is another option you can try for good GI quality: use area lights in windows to get good light and shadows and turn FG settings really low (check attachment). This way GI will be basic but smooth and area lights will give you needed shadows.

I will test your setting! :D

In my setting I make a new tonemap big exponenzial and sun power mult 2.0 and only 4 ceiling (60x60 cm)
No lumy in windows, only sun

try not to use fake lumi from ceiling and put area in windows. Also try this tone mapping :D
