Multipass rendering (buffers) for still image composition

I am not able to make still picture composition from buffers provided by KRay in PS and/or Fusion. Do you know the way how to do it (which buffers to combine)? Reflection and refraction are OK. I have problem with shadows/diffuse. Thank you in advance for your help.

The buffers can be comped together with this formula:

(caus+dire+indi)*txtr+othr+lumi+refl+refr

Thank you very much Jure for the formula. The only problem I have is how to simulate Tonemap Blend in PS. Buffers are exported in Linear mode. Any suggestion?

You won't be able to simulate tonemap blending easily in PS. It's a special feature in Kray that blends two tonemappings together. So there's no easy way to achieve this in post. Best is to render to HDR and then use some HDR tonemapping tools in PS or AFX...

OK I understand. Would it be possible to implement this tonemap to RGB buffers that contains image data as well in the next KRay version?
