Btw carpet should be with fur (more realistic)
I like right bottom part, is very realistic (exception moire effect on the sofa:

It looks good, but there's something weird about the floor bump map. If the tiles really have such a wide inclined edge it will be a nightmare to clean because all the water will collect in the ridges :-)

Correct...wrong bump map texture with too big seam 8)

nice start! and one more in the chorus: bump map (if a tiled texture was used for the floor) or smoothing (if u used real geometry for the floor) is definitely wrong... ;)

another thing i would do differently is the glass material, as usually you would have a double layer of glass for such big surfaces, the material should be more visible, also on the reflections side. as it looks now, the window frames are "filled with air".

If You will change ceiling for more interesting and will add curtains (some white , some dark) and fur for carpet + more books on the shelf...will by very good render :D
