Issue: Kray stops and does not render

Hi,
I'm trying to render a large image (5906x4193 pixels) and Kray stops working after the "Precomputing irradiances" step. It doesn't crash, the "Done XX%" counter simply stops after 20%, sometimes a bit after. I've checked the CPU usage so I'm sure it wasn't working. With a smaller size render (3000x2000) everything works fine.
What's up?

How much RAM you have?

You're out of memory, I would say. How much RAM do you have? How much is in use? Do you have instances, lots of imagemaps..? There might be something you could do to optimise your scene but we need more information...

Oh, Jure, about that! Could we have something like Fprime's "low RAM TGA" saver in K-ray? The little thing saved my backside in an amount of occasions...

ADP.

4 Gb on a AMD Phenom triple core 2.10 Ghz processor.
Anyway, I suppose it may be something in the scene. In the worst moment Kray stopped even with smaller image sizes (2400x1500 or so). I don't know why, but now it seems to work. I've resetted the scene and reloaded all objects. Right now it's in the raytracing phase of a 3000x2000 picture, and everything is going fine. After that I'm going to try with a larger image.
Stay tuned :D

Out of memory? Maybe. There's a large number of instanced trees (200 or so), with lots of leaves.
BTW, that FPrime-like thing would be a real ass saver :D

This is problem from memory RAM. Go to shop
For Hires minimum is 8 Giga...I suggest 12 or more 8)
