some interiors of a house

I know some materials and models are off but i wuold like to have some suggestione and advice about ligthing
1/ more light inside (put area lights with warm colour on the ceiling, 0.5 m square) in places where is too dark...so in midle part of apartament . Do not worry can by 10-15 area with small power (inverse distance`2 3m)
2/ less light from outside (blue colour area light half size of window) + physky maximum exposure 4.
3/ less light from ceiling lamp or better OFF light
4/ less bump on the floor
5/ lights from kitchen cabinets
