time interpolated files do not load (when resuming renderin)

Hi,
I have incredibly long animation and whenever I resume last 5 .fgi files do not get loaded. I go back 10 frames and KRay is not loading anything - just starts to render - and the lighting is slightly different making animation unusable.
How can I trouble shoot that? Is that possible cos I am using %buffer%_%frame% in the file name? .fgi file does not include that...
