Alpha map rendering?

I'm trying to render demo low poly tree from Got 3d with Kray, and unlike LW's built in render where alpha map produces transparency Kray is producing black patches where alpha maps lies. Is this a limitation of Kray, or simply my lack of knowledge with it?

Hmm is "Raytrace refractions" enabled in render globals?

Even sometimes (very rarely) I forget turn ON in render mode all effects and put OFF ambient intensity .... :D
