Hi, first time I post here.
Just a modelling exercise and rendered in Kray…I used the “studio setting” proposed by Johnny_quick with little changes and some contrast setting in Photoshop.

Thanks!

Yes , I will try to render with both background and stage dark… I had an image as reference and everything was white…probably it`ll be more dramatic.

I`m asking something that maybe is more Lightwave related, but while I am here…is there any way to render the subdivided object, showing the wire frame like per attached image??? This is a screen grab from modeler…but as soon as I load the subdivided object in layout, I will get it triangulated…and even lowering the “render subpatch level” down to zero…I don`t get what I want.
Tried both with native rendered and in Kray with override plugin.

I am not sure , but you can try OPTIONS (o) in Modeler and select level Subpatch Divisions and Catmull Level 1 or 0. After that freeze (so you will recive poor level of net) end save objects for override mode with wire...

Very nice render. I think black bg that is reflective will give more dramatic and classy feeling.
