looks like a classy bar but poster is distracting
lamp is obstructing view.

That's a nice set of furniture. I'm not sure what the big poster of the girl is doing there - is it backlit? Is it simply just a big poster on the wall?
Things to consider
- Reduce the bump and size for the floor texture, it makes the rest of the room and furniture look like miniatures.
- Help the photo of the girl blend in better by blurring the overall image or get a sharper photo of her.
- See the wood texture on the walls - you could set it to "mirror" instead of "repeat" to make the seams go away.
Good luck.

1/ better light (difference colours, IES lamps need more red colour, big lamps need more yellow and less : use POWER SHADER for lamps 2-3)
2/ better textures (with reflection maps, fix glass, blurr, floor...floor need Normal map, reflection map, diffuse, map, inc. angle....)
3/ better objects (lamps need details)
4/ delete woman
5/ turn ON smooth on objects
