Here is an animation that I produced at Cityscape. Editing and graphics was done by someone else. Please watch it without audio, as the music is, in my humble opinion, terrible.

Main renders are done in Kray, volumetric effects and misc stuff in LW render. Composited in Fusion 6.

It looks good mate!
Is it just me or some shots are just duplicated?
Can we have rendertimes and timeschedule?
Nicely done dude

I followed carefully your advice and watched the video without sound, but the editing is horrible !
Who did that ?
Was this blue background color a prerequisite or what ?

Apart form that the global ambiance is really good ! :)
I'm not too fond of some camera movements, but that's almost always a problem with walkthrough, so...

Overall, a good one Captain !

Cheers,
Laurent aka Tartiflette :)

Good render. like the dof effect. Seeing a lot of dof effect lately. Not so good presentation. I'm sure budget and time might be factors.

We did an edit that I feel was nicely paced, but they ended up re-editing it (without even having access to the original clips — they just cut and pasted stuff directly from the edit we did...). I don't like their version so much, and the graphics and general presentation I think are a bit... yeah, I don't care for it. The camera movements look better in OUR edit. They tie nicely in together. :) It still has the problem of essentially being a walkthrough, but you have to admit that these moves are better than any normal single-clip flythrough that most people do.

And yes Inaki, some of the shots were duplicated in their edit.

Render time was pretty good. Between ten and 30 minutes a frame at 1080p, plus all the other passes (volumetrics, etc).

Nice work. And nice to see Kray getting used more.

Awesome porn music! :D

Nice anim, some parts remind of the that cool interior work that that bloke did, can't remember his name now, lots of detail shots with DOF changes etc.
