I just payed 450.00 for this, and I can't get it to work. I installed all the plug-ins where they are supposed to go. I added the kray.ls file to Content, and Program folders of lw. I did all the things I was told to do in the troubleshooting, and I still get this error message - "Unknown Command Kray Licensing Tool" , "KrayFrame will not work with this application". I feel like I wasted my money. I received a license key and read where it said it would ask me for it when I launched the app, but that did not happen. How can I fix this. I uninstalled all the old kray plug-ins and ls scripts b4 I added the new ones. I'm pulling my hair out trying to get this to work. Help Please!

cant you upgrade your LW 8 to 9.6? i think its free upgrade.

I am not able to upgrade right now. It is now free, and This plug-in is supposed to work in LW8. I'll try the contact form. Thanks
