its a wood texture, and bump... gradient reflections and ref-blur... nothing fancy....

Some plants are flat indeed but the building looks great! However I think I'd use shift camera instead. Good work!

I have some problems with translucency values in kray, I'm used to render fprime... but it's getting better and better, each day :-)

I tried the shift camera, but my customer wanted the building to look bigger... so we figured out that the building looked bigger with a low angle camera in perspective...
