hi guys, i read all the new topic in this forum but i have a big confusion on lighting setup and light colour.
so i have understand this fondamental point for a good render in kray2.0 interiors:

1 - Sun (beige colour - not yellow !!!) Powe Shader 3-8 Inverse Distance 1
it's necessary 1km of distance? what's rgb colour of beige? sun spot plugin? it's a area or spot?

2 - Area Lights - outside behinde windows : Power maximum 10 , Area Lights Inverse dist 1, blue/gray colour
what's rgb colour of blue/gray?

3 - it's necessary the skydome as enviroment or i can use sunsky in enviroment texture?
4 - what's intensity for enviroment or skydome sphere?

5 - Minimum 20 bounce lights (for mix colours) and Power in Kray maximum 0.5

6 - setup preset? medium or hight?


how can see there are same questions without answers


it is someone disposed one to clear these points for courtesy.

i love kray because it's a very good sw system but many things are not clear

wherever distance (but minimum 500 m) You can use spot or small area light.See attachment with marked area of light for Kray.

not much blue =(just desaturate blue colur) - see attachment

I use lumi blue ball or texture with Power 3 (only for blue reflections on floor) rest light is from Area lights behinde windows. See attachment.

this is hard all people looking good setup - maybe You will finde good setup for Kray....but when You tired You can Use QMC....
