welcome!
Can you do me a favour (also a request to other recent kray buyers) ?
Can you list the stuff that is unclear in the first stages of using kray and that is missing in the wiki or just hard to find or figure out? That way we can plug those holes or maybe a video tutorial with those points implemented.
I also wonder if with the addition of kray as LW Extrenderer, the use of renderfarm is now clear without additional info.

I just finished the tutorial found here:
http://www.kraytracing.com/wiki/Simple_ ... ghtmapping
What I noticed while doing this tutorial:
1) It includes FPrime as part of the scene (can't find plugin message).
2) It includes Skylight as part of the scene (can't find plugin message).
3) The tutorial references Sunsky, which isn't used. Skylight is used. It took me a while to search for the Skylight plugin.
To make the tutorial a little bit easier to follow:
1) I would remove FPrime from the scene.
2) I would add a link to the tutorial that points to SkyLight (and remove references to Sunsky).
3) The Window_Glass Surface uses a Gradient for Diffuse, Reflection, and Translucency.
Same with the Glass Surface. This is highly confusing.. why isn't the KRay Light Portal Shader being used?
Other than that, I learned some things.. thanks.
I'll post more, as I progress through the remaining tutorials.

Thank you for your report! I've removed Fprime from the scene and corrected reference to Skylight plugin.
About:

Kray Light Portal is not used because:
* it was not available yet when this tutorial was created
* because you don't need Light portal shaders when using Lightmapping
* because it's tutorial for beginners. Light portals are considered advanced topic.
