Too low FG, why You don`t see shadows.
Red colours You can reduce from Desaturate Shader.

Have you turned off Self shadow, cast shadow and receive shadow for your skydome? To me it looks like the skydome itself prevents your sunlight from entering the scene. Also 200.000 emitted photons sounds very low to me i would probably render a room with about 2 millions received photons.

if you have a red floor and a red backwall and have good GI, you sure get reddish indirect light in that room. Also you use a white skysphere and a white sun, that does not help to get natural colored light inside.
I also see you set your photons power to 4.0, that means you boost your indirect light (the red light you don't like) to high levels.
Can you try one of the supplied presets for interiors?

ok, the big problem is the power at 4 (so the red is for all the room, as i use exponential or gamma with hight valure!)
i have change the lighting and re belance the satured surface.
this is the last test and for me isn't bad
there is not AA in this image for fast test
