What do you mean?
0 active and 1800 passive means that all lights will be computed as indirect...

aha... the fact that to me it was necessary, my appreciation:) and regulator this threshold?

The threshold of 1.0 will make all lights that are 100% luminous or more active and those that are below 100% passive.

but, threshold 0.1-0.9 does make it possible to regulate a quantity of active and passive luminous sources? and which as a result does give the threshold of higher than 1.0?

Well yes... If you have for example a luminous poly with 200% intensity you can set threshold to 2.0 or higher and it will be computed as passive.
As I said all light sources with intensity smaller than "threshold" will be computed as passive, those with higher than "threshold" as active...

I thank:)
