using the needbuffers alpha in photoshop

Hi everyone, its me with another question
this is not Kray related per se, but I couldnt google it anywhere.
How can I combine both RGB and Alpha layers from Kray in Photoshop, so it becomes like a normal PNG24 or TGA32 render with alpha? in other words I tried to copy and paste the black and white matte into a new alpha channel but its not working? just so I have a perfect alpha behind the render
oh, the glass still shows as 100% transparent but I can deal with that in PS until that gets fixed
