Hi guys,
I have a question regarding the 2 pass rendering method in kray to render. I calculated a gi file yesterday using a 5 frame step. When i initiated the second (AA) pass kray stated it was a bad gi file and didnt use it.

I know i rendered a few frames apart from the 5 frame step sequence, i think the first 4 frames i rendered full, all the time gi load and save was activated. It was frustrating to see the solution couldnt be used but still i would like to use this method to try out diffferrent AA settings and have access to the non AA animation.

My question is: Can you add frames to a gi file regardless where it is in an animation, lets say i have an area where i change my camera heading a lot, and i want some more gi data to be generated for that area, will it just add that data to the solution? What about if i alter the sequence, if i render frames at random (5,9,1,12) will it still make a proper gi file?

And, what did i do wrong?

thanks
