K3 information timing

I take a little time to ask for some explanation about some of the details.

Already that means the lines "! Precached ..." and "Building global ..." I have to improve this ratio?
Is it serious doctor ? :)

Then the rendering time displayed? We can see that it takes 17 minutes to calculate 1 image. However, k3 displays 8min. In actual time I have 13 min on the import objects line and 4 min real calculation after the import line.

this scene for an outdoor video test is really big and not optimized (no time)

Precached map has low continuity ratio is information about missing photos and problems with blending information.
In your case this is catastrophic ratio!!!
It looks like you have no photons at all in scene....
Need to see setting and scene. It looks like you use small GI resolution for huge scene (exterior?) and small amount of photons.
In background you have exterior...now I see. Please do not use PM for exteriors! Only Pure Path Tracing. Is very fast in K3 and render in many cases faster than PM+QMC.

When you render interiors you should see continuity ratio around 50-70% (then is ok).
So for interiors you should use PM+QMC (of course!):
