Re: K 3.02 official release

What depresses me the most is that the development of the K3 is underway with respect to the LW2015. All my projects have long been made in LW2018 - unfortunately the data exchange between LW2015 and LW2018 is difficult - all materials are lost if you import the scene from LW2018 to LW2015.

Dielectric is native BxDF material just like Conductor, pBSDF, etc. Does that mean all such materials are problems for Kray3.0.2 or just Dielectric? Please clarify which LW2018 (and LW2019, if relevant) native materials are supported by Kray3.0.2? Are the non-photoreal-shader-model-based materials (in other words, any of the cel shader materials, etc.) supported by Kray 3.0.2?

We do not support badly coded shaders (For example dielectric) G. is tired making bridges over bridges in code to avoid errors or missing documentations and guessing. FORGET.
In LW2018 situation is better but also G. complain theirs shader code - in inhuman way: they...suck! (no offense)

That's fine, and I understand, but you didn't really answer my question. Can you please clarify precisely which materials you categorize as the "bad shaders"? Is it just Dielectric or are there others?

as I understand they think that these are good materials, but poorly coded, with a lot of errors, bugs, etc.
