Posted peviously in this thread with scene: UV mapped image on Luminosity chanel = instant crash

I can see at bugtracker page that this was already fixed. But not for us who have only RC6.

hey. for me what amazing about k3 is that we have gi the same as corona but better because it fast and clean against corona. k3 is really amazing gift for all lightwave3d users when i have time i will put image sude by side to see quality and speed . i have k3 and also corona in c4d beta2. but i prefer to do full revieW on that when we have whiteballance and more stuff like shaders to compare rendering not only clay renders.

for all situation : small scn to complex one. the same scn the same models .

also k3 is read quickly scn after press render againt corona wich you need to wait like 6 min to start looking at rendering

I'm having Modeler - Layout switch issues with RC6.
Can't reproduce it, but I get crashes very often when switching back to Layout after modifying something in Modeler.

+sometimes after Modeler - Layout switch, UV mapped surfaces are full black

+ one more strange thing:
On my AMD Ryzen machine, after starting the render, K3 stresses the CPU so much, even the mouse movement is impossible sometimes (Win10)
I have to lower Layout's priority to lowest to be able to work...

I have to mentioned this issue to G. (with Intel is ok)
If will be problem please contact directly with G. - probably he will send special debuger K3 to find out problem.

janusz this is happen to me. i dont know why. the early version wasnt do that but this one it does i have also win 10 . and intel cpus

I know these are fixed days days ago and I'm little disappointed not to have the bugfree version...

We want release RC6+ with animation ready also. That`s why we wait with release.

K3RC+ on my desk.
We have control Sun Physky from Layout also - is enough to use default light - important is just direction not position.
Also we start clean GUI.

I do not know when update because G. probably want also fix animation system which is not connected in K3.

Always the same problem with big scene :

Friday the rendering has 25% works. This morning I want to do my 50% rendering for the post-prod and crash Same scene without adding objects or new texture. I go back to 25% rendering size, crash.
I have 0% in Specular on all my surfaces and 0% Glossiness. I only use UV images as texture

What is strange is that even my crash driver (Quadro P4000 driver v391.74)

Again I do all the work on k3 and at the end, it crashes ...

A solution or a procedure to find the bug?
