Some problems I know but they are not important right now.



Here are universal settings for interiors.
Usage is simple:
- load items from scene
- select all K3 plugins (sorry but GUI is not yet consolidate)
- do not change anything
- press render

If your scene is small - change GI resolution from 300mm to 100mm
If you want fast render (more noise) instead FG Rays 200/0 use 100/0 or 50/0
If you very fast render (less passes) use FSAA G2 instead FSAA G4.

These all will be soon under preset buttons with simple GUI.

Because LW2018 has new features and also changed SDK , G. need prepare exporter. He works now on this. Of course it will be full supported 8)
There are new lights which G. also work on it.
Include K3RC5 release is K3 LW2018 plugin but do not use it yet.

Spherical light's noise: much cleaner and faster than RC4! Well done!

We can do nothing right now with Spherical Lights.
The worst scenario for spherical light is REVERSE PHOTONS (very small distance between surface and light) this affect a lot noise.
G. optimized a lot and now I think is much better than K2. We will see this in LW2018 and after VCM implementation.
Now to reduce noise we have to increase Luminosity Rays (for example 200/0 or 500/0) in quality tab. This is also for background quality.

Good, nothing work !
LW 2015, ask Kray plugins, and "Cannot acquire "LW image List 7"global !
LW 2018.0.01, at opening, all is good but when i click want to do something in Kray menu, immediatly crash !

Hello,

I have an old bug again concerning object import.
I import an object and render frame, no object in render.
I import the object, save and leave lightwave, restart lightwave and launch the rendering, the object is there.

In lightwave 2015.3

Just said it: do not use LW2018 K3 plugin.
Simply replace old files.

We just started.... :mrgreen:

Engine Render is nothing today without real time tone map and post process + shader system.
But the worst is done, from now G. start adding features - they are easy to do.

K3RC5 is constantly falling. Even on the most simple scenes. Regardless of the settings from Janusz or with my own.

Do this:
- create K2 folder for K2 PLUGINS
- create K3 folder for K3 plugins
- delete all K2/K3 plugins from computer
- put K2/K3 files to folders
- do not use LW2018 K3 plugin ( Do not keep plugin on computer)

What version of LW you use?
