Musiałem poprzerabiać mapy, aby odseparować tkaniny od skóry i połyskujących powierzchni.
Te oryginalne jakoś dziwnie były zrobione.
Nawet futrzany piesek się załapał. ahahaha

In principle that's super cool stuff, but the problem I have at this moment is that it's sort of a giveaway that the image is fake. Arch Viz images have become almost perfectly realistic in their simulation of light distribution, material shading and lens effects, in essence looking like a photograph to most people. The skin on these models however places an intuitively fake object in the middle of things, ruining the illusion...

Some work on hair, skin and eye shading will probably help a lot - or else the CG people might be better off in blurred depth of field zones of the space.

You have to remember that these super photorealistic works are created by the whole teams of people.
Modeler, lighting, animator, postprocess specialist, animator from the face itself, complicated mocap sessions.
Plus renderings on computing farms on hundreds of processors in the best quality pathtracing.

What we do as individuals has no chance compared to these works.
Our work also does not cost the client in hundreds of thousands of dolorów.
They are ridiculously cheap.

hi Artattak,

You somehow seem to be missing my point. I'm not talking about motion-captured and facial animated humans in your scene.

All I'm saying is that, within your incredible photorealistic level of work, the human models placed here are the give-away that the whole image is CGI. I also think that this could be fixed with some relatively simple shading work, or some careful application of depth of field, since the main thing wrong with the models is the overly matte shading of the legs, face and eyes. Just having a bit more glossiness on some parts of the human models would go a long way in my opinion.

As it is, the human models in the scene above feel as if their whole skin is coated in very matte cosmetics powder. This really feels as something that could be fixed quickly with some shading adjustments - no need for intricate hair shading, SSS, motion capturing (since it is a still image) or facial animation.

Beside that, the level of your work continues to humble me.

Thank you for the remarks.
It seems accurate and right.
Of course, I love that you like my work so much.

So how much money and how many people would be needed for Kray to render photorealistic people?
