My First Interior

Post by joreldraw »

Hello guys, well i am so time here and this is my first real render full with Kray.
So much time to learn all how & why.
Of course open to sugerencies and comments.

Render time: 3h 20m (15 mins with mid setting, i need to learn to optimize the scene i think)
Micro: Q6600 4x2,4ghz

Thanks ;)

Very very good :)

Two points i can think of:
- im sure those wall tiles dont go up to the kitchen ceiling in that arrangement, and it feels wierd... maybe just paint the wall a light yellow?
- there is some scaling gone wrong in the sink area, and the kettle looks a bit too small.
- you could give the direct sun light some warmth and balance the indirect light to get some more contrast in the scene.

I am sure you could get much better render times by following some of Johnny's advice around the forum.

Cheers!

I make some changes following your comments and checkin again all setup help on forum

1.- Rescaled the kettle +20%
2.- Optimized and constrasted lights
3.- Optimized glasses

I think now are more contrasted. On later version all scene have a red ambient that i dont like.

Render Time 1:09

What do you think?

I think you have too much reflection everywhere. Do you use reflection modified on incidence angle?
