BIG PROBLEM

Super big problem
I made a rendering of 18992x9213 with Kray, he put 2 days of calculations. at the end, I recorded in JPG TGA and PNG format. When I looked at the pictures, the JPG was with the right colors and the TGA and PNG was like the picture I joined.
This morning I'm looking at the JPG image and she's like the others. I'm in shit because I have to give them and I can not revive the renderings is too long.
Can someone explain the problem to me?
