i used luminous polys at ceiling level to illuminate the interior.
i would love to use area lights but dont have the time to wait for them to render, pitty. kray needs fast area lights!

another evening view. had to make this in very little time but came out quite nice.

no the hdri is applied as a textured environment............

thanks jure............i got the hdri from hdri-locations.com
have bought alot of hdri's over the years but these seem to work the best with lightwave

it took 1 hr 25 mins to render at 2316x1440, so not long at all...............
and thats on a pc thats 4 years old now

sure thing Janusz................. the scene only has 3 sphere lights. one behind the ceiling lamp and 2 for the candles............... they are way to bright but i didnt have much time to adjust anything. the interior is lit with luminous panels at ceiling level i have a hdri as an enviroment lumin...
