Good comparison promity. Very good time/quality for Octane. We started to use Octane for all our renders.
I hope there will be some upgrade of Kray soon. There is a chance to use it for interiors. But when I see the time for Octane I am not sure.

Re: kitchen RC1
Good to see new progress and testing scene for KRay.
There is still a lot of noise in the mirror surface. Why?

Re: Corona Render Engine
It is good that there is an improvement in Kray core in progress. We spent some time a tried KRay 3 but it is far from real use. It took more than 2 years from KRay 3 first information and there is still no clear roadmap for it. GPU cards are getting cheaper and cheaper and render quality/speed is ...

It sounds promising. I hope all these new functions will not postpone KRay release too much.

Good render for such a short render time. I don't like noise at the bonnet close to the windshield.

Re: Dynamic Range
Thanks Janusz for feedback and explanation of KRay 3 future Tone Mapping system. I tested this film filter in Blender and its really smart. You can increase light power and no need to place fake lights to lighten interior.
I am looking forward to seeing this new KRay functionality.

I found this interesting article about color transform in blender.
https://www.blenderguru.com/tutorials/s ... torealism/
Would it be possible to have similar color transform in KRay?

Re: Kray/V-ray
Great renders from KRay thanks to your set-up of course Did you use Photonmap or Lightmap for this render? I like you fabric materials. They look very natural.
