Camera models

Each camera model needs image size (in pixels), camera position and orientation + some extra model dependent data.

TODO: document DOF and UV bake cameras

Parallel

camera parallel,<width,<height>,<plane_size>,<position>,<orientation>;

Example: camera parallel,400,300,300,(0,0,-3),<>;

Perspective

camera picture,<width,<height>,<focal_length>,<position>,<orientation>;

Example: camera picture,400,300,300,(0,0,-3),<>;

Stereoscopic

camera stereo,<width,<height>,<focal_length>,<position>,<orientation>,<eye_separation>,<number_of_eye_stripes>;

Example: camera stereo,640,480,480,(0,0,-1),<>,0.5,2;

Spherical

camera envmap,<width,<height>,<position>,<orientation>;

Example: camera envmap,640,480,(0,0,0),<>;

Fisheye

camera lightmap,<width,<height>,<position>,<orientation>;
