This is Direct Mode render? It looks as Lumi Lights transformed to Area Lights...

btw
Do not keep Octree low (I doubt you have small amount of RAM)

1. Reflection on walls?
2. Power of Lumi lights?

It looks for me as not supported Node in scene. Dielectric Node?

Node which is not fully supported in Kray or ...moment I remember something:
Did you used very high level of Bump Map?

yes. i think so. not really high i think the texture amplitude is about 5-10. the rest is 100% or less..that one only for wall.

ok here is my overall setting of this scenes. actually im too worry right now because i have another job for architecture animation on night scenes. i do not know i can do it or not.

I think problem is from this Image World. it is LDR.
Also you have many bad setup in Kray (which doesn`t affect this error except 25 bounce light...You need maximum 12 in Kray)
Best idea is just send me part of scene (export all to another folder and delete everything what Is not needed and still keep problem)

it is happen when user doesn`t sacrifice time for training, free scenes digging in
nuances of software or making more then only commercial stuff  (sorry I have to bad sometimes)

Janusz what was the problem and solution you came up with?
From first glance it looks like high specular and bump setting.

It is old bug from Kray. When you put luminosity surface + Kray Shader with switched RayTracing inside.
To avoid this problem I suggest put that surfaces in separate layer and then use LW raytracing flag.
