Good quality and speed  Please upload OB4 so we can play with these new functionalities.

Yes I wait also for G. answer. I think he is very busy now with core (probably I will get soon something new)
I hope, update will be this week.

Still waiting for G. answer (he is busy with K3Core or with his child - I hope is everything all right...)

Please remember Progressive Photon Map is just another rendering system - very modern. It has nothing to do with speed render.
Here are list of positive aspects of that:
- very fast response after pressing render button
- user see very fast conditions of light and surfaces
- it should not be about speed render but generally updating photon map make more average data and more optimizing details, render is faster than traditional way of renderings
- it produces less noise in reflected surfaces
- it will be connect to the Kray3VPR, so user will get fast response (in real time) with changes of light, surfaces, scene objects
- after connection to the K3VPR will be possible in real time control all tone mapping aspects (also those new which G. will add soon)
- PPM can be used also with Path Tracing (soon with vertex connection and merging system)
- it will be more but I have to get more information from G.

I have much slower response of KRay3VPR with OB4. It takes long time to update. I don't see any progressive updates. Do you know why?

...because PPM is not working in K3VPR yet.
Use my latest uploaded today scenes. Do not use now VPR because it has no sense since exists PPM in Kray. We will back to VPR when G. will connect PPM to VPR.
