Kray 2.1 update and Demo version available now!
We hope you have all been enjoying Kray 2.0 release. We know there are a couple of bugs this is why we worked hard in the last couple of months to fix them. Today you can download Kray 2.1 update. In this update there are no new major new features but there have been many bugs fixed. You can find the list of all the changes in the change log that comes with the download. Here's a quick look up:
- HDR output now works properly
- new wireframe override mode
- fix for node override
- fix for photon map
- new settings for physky sun intensity and soft shadow
- fix for material nodes
- fix for IES lights
- translucency improvements
- fix for PNGA output...
- other bugfixes...
Demo version of Kray 2.1 is also available now for free download. It allows full testing of all Kray features the only limitation is a watermark that appears on final render. You can download it immediately here. Be sure to check tutorials on quick start and installation and free scenes to get started as soon as possible.

Development news
Kray development never stops. We are already working full steam on some great new features and improvements. Rest assured we listen to your suggestions and ideas and try to incorporate them into the software as soon as we can. We can't really talk about the specific features but we are sure you will be very happy once next version is out. Of course it's still too early to talk about any specific dates all we can say is we are working hard to make it happen as soon as possible.
Tutorials and free scenes
New series of tutorials dealing with Kray 2.0 have been posted. We will be adding more in the coming months and hopefully other Kray users will contribute too. Remember - Kray Wiki pages are open to everyone. You can submit your tutorials, manual translations or anything else the Kray community might be interested in.
