No idea where from this error, There is no UV maps, no bad polygons.

Two wrong parameters after importing:
1. Size of Area Light in Unity should be 1,1
2. Range should be 5.
3. Color of light is same but if possible you can make Color Temperature activated?

I know this is not same system of light but we will deal with this later when I will check Power of Light.Just important to get same parameters.
